Chun Mee is
a main species of green tea produced in China. The provinces of Zhejiang,
Anhui, Jiangxi, Yunan, Guangxi, Hubei, Hunan, are the main producing
area of Chunmee.
The leaf of Chun Mee is long and looked like a eyebrow, so it is named
"Chun Mee" ( means eyebrow tea in Chinese ). The leaf rolled naturally
during the procession and it gives a fresh and light flavor when it
is boilled.
