Mao Feng is origin of Huangshan area ( Yellow Mountain ) in Anhui province. It is grown in the high mountains where the climat is mild with plentiful rainfall.

The plucking of the tender leaves of Mao feng began early in spring to obtain the superior quality. The "yellow leaves" and the "Ivory color" are the main charactor of Maofeng.

The infusion is bright and transparent, the taste is stable, fresh, little sweet with a thickness after taste.
