Tea garden in Keemun,Anhui

In county Qimen,Situated in the south-western Anhui,geographically on the extension of Huangshan mountain, is the main producing district of high flavoring black tea named "Keehong" (keemun black) for short,This district has favourable atmosphere of tea grownth with annual average temperature of 15.6C and precipitation 1700mm. The weathering soil on multi-facade cliff and purple cliff for a long time nurtured the fine species of Eroussoetic-keemun tea tree, full of the flavour of myrcenal which is the chief constituant of the high flavour in Keemun kungfu.

District Qimen includes the counties Shitai,Dongzhi, Yixian,Guichi and the neighboring township Jingdezhen of the porcelain fame in Jiangxi Province.
